Terms of Service

Draft — last updated [TO BE COMPLETED]

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Wren, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company.

The service

Wren is software for custom home builders to manage a build — budgets, change orders, schedules, vendors, documents, photos, and client selections — and to give homeowners a view into the progress of their project.

Accounts and organization ownership

A builder company signs up as an organization and administers its own team members and projects. Homeowners are invited to a specific project by a builder on that project; homeowners do not hold organization-level accounts and cannot see other projects or other organizations' data. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: not to attempt to access data belonging to another organization or project, not to interfere with the service's operation, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.

Customer data ownership

You own the project, budget, schedule, document, photo, and other data you or your invited homeowners submit through the service. We use it to operate the service on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy, and do not claim ownership of it.

Availability and support

[TO BE COMPLETED: uptime commitments, maintenance windows, and support channels, if any.]

Liability

[TO BE COMPLETED: limitation of liability and disclaimer of warranties.]

Termination

Either party may stop using the service, or terminate an organization's access to it, subject to any separately agreed terms. On termination, an organization's access to its data may be limited or removed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Contact

[TO BE COMPLETED: contact method for questions about these terms.]
