For custom home builders
Budget, schedule, selections, vendors and documents for your team — and a clear, honest window into the project for the people paying for it.

One
place the money moves through
Two
portals, one source of truth
Zero
accounts your subs have to create
Budget
Categories and line items, estimates against committed and actual, and change orders as the single path any number moves through. Selection overages and cost-bearing delays become change orders too, so there is one audit trail rather than three.
Schedule
Phases and tasks with dependencies, logged delays with a reason attached, and a projected completion date that moves when reality does — rather than a Gantt chart nobody updates after week three.
Selections
Publish an allowance and the options against it. The homeowner chooses in their own portal, and anything over the allowance raises a change order automatically instead of surfacing three months later on an invoice.
Vendors and bids
Send a scope to subcontractors and they submit through a link — no account, no password. Bids come back side by side against your estimate and against each other, and awarding one closes the package.
Documents and photos
Versioned files with a clear record of what was shared and when, and progress photos the homeowner actually sees. What stays internal, stays internal — visibility is enforced on the server, not hidden in the interface.
The homeowner portal
Homeowners get their own read-mostly view: where the build is, what they owe, what they have chosen and what is still waiting on them. Built for a phone, because that is where they will open it.
We are setting pricing with our first builders rather than guessing at it. Tell us how many projects you run and who needs access, and we will quote you honestly — including telling you if this is not the right fit yet.
Your builder invites you to your project — there is nothing to sign up for. Open the link in your invitation, or sign in with the email address they invited.
